SATIGO Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Our Commitment to the Principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015

SATIGO is committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking. While we are not legally required to publish a statement under the Act’s threshold, we voluntarily adopt its principles as part of our commitment to ethical business practices.

We operate a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to acting ethically, with integrity and transparency in all our business dealings and relationships. We implement and maintain effective systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place within our business or supply chains.

Our Organisation

SATIGO is a digital consultancy delivering specialist capability across digital transformation programmes within government, regulatory bodies and commercial organisations.

We provide outcome-focused services through the deployment of skilled individuals and teams, supporting clients to deliver sustainable, high-quality digital services that improve operational efficiency and public outcomes.

Our Supply Chain

SATIGO operates a professional services model with a relatively low-risk and straightforward supply chain. Our supply chain primarily consists of:

  • Skilled consultants and associates
  • Specialist partner organisations
  • Technology and software providers

We do not enter into business with any organisation that knowingly supports or is found to be involved in slavery, servitude, or forced or compulsory labour.

While our direct operations present low risk, we recognise that risks may arise within extended supply chains and remain committed to ensuring that all partners uphold the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Risk Assessment

SATIGO recognises that the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations is low due to the nature of our professional services model. However, we acknowledge potential risks within our broader supply chain.

We apply a structured approach to identifying and managing risk through:

  • Ongoing supplier and partner review
  • Internal governance and compliance processes
  • Periodic reassessment of operational and supply chain risk

These processes are reviewed regularly and updated to reflect changes in our business activities.

Due Diligence

To identify and mitigate risks, we:

  • Maintain systems that encourage the reporting of concerns
  • Expect suppliers and partners to adopt appropriate anti-slavery policies and practices
  • Promote transparency across our business and supply chain
  • Conduct proportionate checks on suppliers where appropriate

Our People

As an equal opportunities employer, SATIGO is committed to a fair, inclusive and respectful working environment.

We ensure that:

  • All employees have the legal right to work in the UK
  • Recruitment processes are robust and compliant
  • Individuals are protected from exploitation, coercion, or unfair treatment
  • Staff can raise concerns confidentially without fear of retaliation

Embedding the Principles

We continue to embed the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 through:

  • Providing staff awareness training on modern slavery and reporting concerns
  • Ensuring procurement activities align with UK government guidance
  • Incorporating modern slavery considerations into policies and supplier agreements
  • Maintaining a zero-tolerance culture across all operations
  • Monitoring compliance through internal reviews and supplier engagement

Governance and Responsibility

Overall responsibility for this statement and its implementation rests with SATIGO’s senior leadership.

Day-to-day responsibility for monitoring compliance, managing risk, and driving continuous improvement sits with the Operations function.

We review our approach annually and implement improvements where required to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
