Talent Advisory Regional Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Manager to drive our expansion across the UK, EU, US, and APAC regions, with a particular focus on talent advisory solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our business by identifying new opportunities and nurturing strong client relationships globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with HR Directors and Chief People Officers, acting as a trusted advisor for talent solutions, including HR Talent Analytics, Employer of Record (EOR) services, Critical Hires, and Recruitment.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities while working closely with key stakeholders to expand our footprint across international markets.
- Market Expansion: Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and create actionable strategies for entering and growing in new regions.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, using insights to recommend strategies that will drive further business growth.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and contribute to the overall success of the business unit.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Extensive experience in business development, particularly in selling talent advisory solutions across international markets.
- Proven success in managing senior client relationships and driving business growth in the HR or talent space.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a remote-first environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
