We are seeking a skilled and motivated Delivery Consultant to join our team, specialising in the Technology and Renewable Energy markets. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent, supporting our sales teams, and helping us meet the evolving needs of our global clients. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge recruitment tools and play a key role in shaping the future of talent acquisition within these high-growth sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Use advanced tools and platforms like LinkedIn to identify and engage exceptional talent in the Technology and Renewable Energy sectors.
• Candidate Engagement: Build strong, long-term relationships with candidates, gaining a deep understanding of their career aspirations and aligning them with suitable opportunities.
• Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with sales teams to understand client requirements, delivering high-quality candidates and offering valuable insights into market trends.
• Market Expertise: Stay informed about the latest developments in the Technology and Renewable Energy sectors, ensuring we attract and engage the best talent.
• Recruitment Best Practices: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, following industry best practices and continuously improving sourcing strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the Technology or Renewable Energy sectors.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools, with a proven ability to identify and engage top talent.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships with candidates and clients.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work within UK business hours.
