SATIGO were directly engaged by the CEO of the business following the success of our first campaign to appoint a Head of Account Management.
The client required an individual who had experience structuring an account management function and implementing best practice whilst look after an existing portfolio of 100+ accounts and experience of man-management. This individual also needed to work closely with the two new recruits, so personality, cultural fit previous track record where extremely important.
The CEO again retained SATIGO to run a full executive search campaign, to identify, screen, interview and shortlist the top 5% of account management professionals in the IT Consulting & managed services market place.
The candidates all had experience running a portfolio of accounts and implementing best practice, these individuals all had experience running an account management function.
A long list of eight candidates where met and assessed face-to-face by SATIGO and a final shortlist of five candidates where interviewed at first stage by the client, two candidates where taken to final stages.
The preferred candidate came in under budget and accepted the position; SATIGO coached him through handing in his notice and on boarding process through to start and probation.
